Polaris Migration is an Australian-based immigration practice providing professional immigration advice and assistance to individuals, families and businesses seeking opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.

Led by Founder and Director Satnaam Singh, our practice combines Australian migration registration, New Zealand immigration licensing and legal education to help clients navigate immigration processes across both countries.

We assist clients across a range of visa pathways, including skilled migration, employer sponsorship, permanent residency, partner and family migration, student visas and citizenship applications.

Satnaam Singh is the Founder, Director and Principal Migration Agent of Polaris Migration.

He is a Registered Migration Agent in Australia (MARN 2318101) and a Full Licensed Immigration Adviser in New Zealand (Licence No. 202604522). He was also admitted to the Australian legal profession by the Supreme Court of Queensland on 21 September 2026.

With a professional background spanning immigration, international education, business management and law, Satnaam brings a multidisciplinary perspective to immigration matters involving Australia and New Zealand.

He holds a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Griffith University, together with postgraduate qualifications in business administration from James Cook University.

Satnaam's work focuses on assisting individuals, families and businesses with immigration matters, including skilled migration, employer sponsorship, permanent residency pathways and complex visa eligibility requirements.

He believes effective immigration advice requires more than identifying a suitable visa. It involves understanding the client's circumstances, interpreting relevant requirements, assessing supporting evidence and developing a carefully considered strategy.

His approach combines practical immigration experience, legal knowledge and a commitment to clear communication and professional accountability.

A MILESTONE IN OUR DIRECTOR'S PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

On 21 September 2026, Polaris Migration Director Satnaam Singh was admitted to the Australian legal profession by the Supreme Court of Queensland.

This achievement followed the completion of his Juris Doctor at Griffith University and practical legal training through Leo Cussen.

Building upon his experience as a Registered Migration Agent, Satnaam's legal education has further developed his knowledge of statutory interpretation, legal research, administrative law and the legal principles relevant to Australian migration matters.

His admission represents an important milestone in a professional journey dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex regulatory and migration processes.

MYAT - Practice Manager | Polaris Migration

Myat is the Practice Manager at Polaris Migration, overseeing day-to-day practice operations and coordinating the management of client matters.

Working closely with the Director and Principal Migration Agent, Myat plays an important role in ensuring that applications progress efficiently, documentation is managed appropriately and clients remain informed throughout their migration journey.

Her responsibilities include coordinating client communication, overseeing document collection, monitoring application progress and supporting the preparation and management of migration matters.

With a strong focus on organisation, communication and client service, Myat helps maintain a professional and coordinated experience for every client engaging Polaris Migration.

Her role is central to ensuring that clients receive consistent support while their migration matters are managed under the supervision of the Principal Migration Agent.

RON - Case Manager | Polaris Migration

Ron is a Case Manager at Polaris Migration, assisting with the preparation, coordination and management of client visa applications.

Working closely with the Practice Manager and Principal Migration Agent, Ron supports clients throughout the migration process, including document collection, application preparation, correspondence and case management.

Ron helps ensure that required documentation is organised, application progress is monitored and clients remain informed about important requirements and next steps.

With a focus on attention to detail, organisation and client support, Ron contributes to the efficient management of migration matters and the professional service provided by Polaris Migration.
